Built on a simple virtue
Virtue Design & Build was founded in Shelton, Washington, by Sean McNeely on a straightforward belief: that building a home, or reshaping one, should be guided by integrity at every step.
As a custom home builder and remodeling expert, Sean works closely with each client from first sketch to final walkthrough. We coordinate design, engineering, and every trade as one accountable team, so decisions are clear, budgets stay honest, and the finished work reflects both the client and the landscape.
The Pacific Northwest shapes everything we do: the rain, the evergreen light, the views across the water. We build homes that stand up to the climate and feel at home in it.
